Commanding breath-taking views over Sennen Cove in Penzance, Cornwall, this first-floor apartment provides all that you need for an easy, comfortable and memorable holiday. You'll enjoy complete privacy and your own key to come and go as you please.
TRIPLE-ASPECT LOUNGE
Our photos cannot do the views justice but, as our reviews confirm, once here you'll be swept away with the beauty of our location. With large windows to three sides, you can look out across the sea, beach and countryside...and enjoy sunsets and starry skies whilst staying cosy! Freeview TV, high speed Internet/WIFI, books and games are all ready.
KITCHEN & BREAKFAST BAR
With a breakfast bar overlooking the ocean, as well as a dining table to seat four. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, ceramic hob, electric oven and grill, fridge with freezer compartment, plus all your usual dishes and utensils etc. Iron & Ironing-board provided. Use of tumble-dryer by arrangement.
BEDROOM
Double bed, (with lounge sofa providing a comfortable bed for two additional adults). Wardrobe, drawers and hairdryer.
BATHROOM
Your bathroom has a combination bath tub with shower, hand basin, toilet, expel-air and cushioned flooring. Towels provided. A photo has also been included below to highlight that there is a sloped ceiling to the hallway.
GOOD TO KNOW...
Huers Rock is a non-smoking apartment. No additional charges for heating and electricity. Main entrance is shared with the owners, but you then have your own key to your holiday home. Children aged over 12 years by arrangement with the owners only. No pets allowed. Inaccessible to wheelchair users due to stairs to first floor. Parking for one car only.
